The Practice:

Yoga is not meant to be comfortable. The opposite actually. Yoga simulates the stresses and pains of life. The only way to keep going is to find comfort in the discomfort. To find freedom despite being bound and twisted. To breathe despite feeling suffocated. Success in the practice is found through perseverance. The beautiful thing about perseverance is that is gives you permission to fall. Perseverance does not care if you mess up. It cares about getting back up. This practice is for anybody who is willing to keep going.
