Progress your practice through Hot Yoga + Reformer Pilates + Meaningful R&R in Koh Samui, Thailand.

Our Pilates & Yoga Program Managers, Tahlia and Kaitlin, will guide you through a tailored 7-day program designed to strengthen, lengthen and relax whilst challenging the mind and physical body. There will be three classes daily, including a mix of Hot Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Yoga Workshops, Mat Pilates and Yin Yoga. Along with a transformational practice, there will be healthy meals inspired by local Thai cuisine, soaking up the sun by the pool, luxury spa treatments, and cultural excursions. Absolute Sanctuary

The One Hot Retreat will be located at Thailand’s leading wellness centre, Absolute Sanctuary. Situated on the north eastern side of Koh Samui, also known as the island of healing — Absolute Sanctuary is the only retreat centre in the world that has Heated Yoga Studios, as well as a fully-equipped Pilates Reformer studio.

Tucked into a peaceful, jungle-fringed hillside just five minutes from Koh Samui Airport and a short shuttle ride from both Chaweng and Cheong Mon beaches, the resort is architecturally stunning; a Mediterranean-inspired aesthetic woven amongst tropical flora, with an infinity-edge pool available for you.

The island of Koh Samui itself sits in the Gulf of Thailand and holds its own warmth, around 29 degrees, with generous sunshine and the occasional tropical shower that passes as quickly as it arrives. Keep yourself warm and sun-kissed, while Melbourne and Sydney settle into the Winter season!

A PRACTICE WITH MEANING

Get ready to be mind blown! On One Hot Retreat, you will experience living well and with meaning. Kaitlin and Tahlia have designed a program of physical, mental and spiritual transformation. Over the course of seven days you will travel through all aspects of the One System, interweaving the mindful practices of Yoga & Pilates.

After morning coffee & tea, you will awaken with a 90 minute group practice of Slow Hot Flow or Hot Mat Pilates. Midday, Tahlia will lead small group Reformer classes tailored to experience level and interest. Early evening, we will build upon the day’s theme with a focused workshop or release class to create a complete practice.

Since 2017, Tahlia and Kaitlin have been curating and leading transformative wellness retreats across Australia and internationally throughout Asia, bringing together movement, connection, and unforgettable experiences in some of the world’s most beautiful locations.

EXPERIENCE PARADISE

One on Holiday is a balance between effort and ease. Each day there is ample free time to enjoy the resort’s offerings and explore the island of Koh Samui. Whether it’s lounging in the sun near the pool or treating yourself to a Thai massage, you will be able to relax and restore. As a group, we will take a beach excursion to experience paradise.

The Love Kitchen at Absolute Sanctuary is a gourmet experience like no other. Each day two healthy, yet tasty meals will be provided. Each morning, a brunch buffet with local produce will be served for you to enjoy at leisure. As well as the at the Love Kitchen, we will also experience Thai cuisine at some of Koh Samui’s best restaurants with off site dinners and experiences.
