One Hot Still: A Mindful Flow, Meditation, and Tea Party!
Date: Friday, May 20th, 6:30 – 8pm
Description: Beginning with a gentle flow and juicy holds, followed by accessible meditation and yoga Nidra, you’ll be given the opportunity to peel deeper into the layers of the mindfulness aspects of the yoga system. It’s the perfect way to end your week, reconnecting with yourself and like-minded individuals and blissing out in an extra long savasana. And of course, tea! This event is held on the 3rd Friday of every month and is FREE in our Potts Point studio, with normal class rates at our South Yarra studio.
