One’s Cloud Campus is built as a genuine interactive learning platform, not just a library of endless video content. The curriculum is structured in digestible modules, with a community channel connecting you with fellow trainees and direct access to faculty as you work through the pre-learning. Self-paced over the three months before Koh Samui, you will need roughly two to three hours a week to complete all modules.

Over 14 days at Absolute Sanctuary, Koh Samui, you’ll observe, teach and assist students of all levels and abilities, while deepening your own practice in the heat.

Teaching Methodology
Students pursuing the Certificate of Attainment complete a final assessment simulating a live class, graduating with a Yoga Alliance Registered qualification and the foundation to step into the studio and teach. The Certificate of Attendance requires no assessment and suits those taking Yoga Teacher Training to deepen their personal practice rather than a professional teaching pathway.
One’s Yoga Teacher Training is directed by Kaitlin Peters. Kaitlin came to One as a student, stayed as a teacher, and now leads the program. Her practice is shaped by over 1,000 hours of training with globally recognised teachers including Maty Ezraty, Annie Carpenter and Patrick Beach, and her sequences have a strong alignment focus built around progressions and regressions that work for different bodies, (which is exactly the skill the training teaches you to develop).
Anatomy across both Yoga and Pilates is designed and delivered by Kirby Cameron, One’s consultant Physiotherapist and a senior Pilates teacher. Kirby teaches anatomy in a way that’s immediately applicable in the room.
Faculty provide personalised feedback and support throughout both the online and in-person components.
