Membership Suspension

If you would like to suspend your Auto-Debit Membership payments, please complete the request form below.

Please note suspensions can be made in weekly blocks only. We cannot back date the requests, or process your request on the same day. Your suspension request will be processed within 5 business days (if not sooner), and confirmation will be sent via email.

As an auto-debit member, you are welcome to suspend your membership for a maximum period of ten weeks per year. To review our full suspension details, please see the membership terms and conditions here:

There are no suspensions, extensions or transfers for Casual Classes, Class Packages or Upfront Memberships.
