One Hot Yoga’s signature Slow Hot Flow centres on personal progress. This 37˚C class balances freedom within structure and redefines individual limits.
The 60-minute class includes balances, deep core strengthening, floor work and guided relaxation; intentionally heated to the body’s core temperature, our 37 degree classes will challenge your physical strength and mental fortitude, and have you leaving in a state of bliss. Students are welcome to lie down and rest at any stage during the class.
