Theme: INTUITION

Hi there, Janet here!

I’m the studio manager in Sydney and love unraveling our themes each week. Here are a few thoughts from me on Intuition.

Similar to curiosity, I think that honing your intuition requires time alone. You have to be free from distraction and stimuli to really listen to your gut. I know I have a habit of always wanting advice from friends. I’m always seeking out answers from their experience and letting that influence my decision making. I really do love learning from others and am curious about how people handle different situations. There have been times though when I think ok, their way sounds perfect, but then it just doesn’t sit right after. I always feel most empowered when I make my own path. And while of course I’m a collection of all the advice I’ve ever been given, I’ve just realised I take what is helpful and transform that into my own ideas and decisions. Intuition requires us to be a little bit separate from what is external to us. To believe in yourself again and again and as that transforms into confidence slowly your intuition becomes the logical way! And then there is no separateness. Everything is whole πŸ™‚ Isn’t that funny how it works.

Few quotes I love that you might like too!
