Wear comfortable, moisture-wicking clothing that you’d be comfortable sweating in. Avoid cotton, as it absorbs moisture and becomes heavy quickly in a heated room. For our ladies, most of our students opt for a sports bra and shorts or leggings. You’ll be barefoot in the studio, so no shoes are needed beyond the change rooms. If you’re attending a 37°C class, dress lighter than you think you’ll need to.
