Tapas, the yogic practice of self-discipline and determination, takes centre stage in this extraordinary event. You will combine a powerful breath and visualisation technique as we alternate between ice plunge and a specially curated hot yoga sequence, to experience of the integration of opposites to create a new and more powerful whole. Are you ready to rise to the challenge in this fusion of Hot Yoga and Ice Plunge? We start in the heat, stoking your resolve through guided breath work and visualisation. Imagine your breath as a powerful force. Visualise each inhale infusing your body with energy and determination, and each exhale releasing any doubts or limitations. As you transition to the ice plunge, tap into your inner reservoir of willpower and focus. Imagine your inner fire blazing, burning away self-doubt, and fostering unwavering determination. NEED TO KNOW

– Wear something suitable for both yoga and an ice plunge, such as a crop top and bike shorts.
– Bring a cosy track suit to change into afterwards.
– Towels will be provided.

Yes, you should not have an empty stomach, so eat a light lunch.

You are still very welcome to this event! The yoga instructor will guide you through the breath work, visualisation and poses.

Unfortunately this event is not suitable during pregnancy. We have many other classes that are perfect for supporting you during pregnancy and after birth.

There is some street parking available in Potts Point, and paid car parking a short walk from the studio.
