Absolutely. Our studios are heated to three different temperatures (21°C, 27°C and 37°C), so you can ease into the heat at a pace that works for you. If you’re completely new to the practice, our Essentials classes are specifically designed to build your understanding of the fundamentals before moving into general classes. Every class is a co-creation between you and the teacher, and there is always space to rest.

We offer the full scope of both disciplines. On the yoga side, you’ll find our signature Slow Hot Flow at 37°C, Warm Flow 27°C and Yin at 27°C, and Essentials for those building their foundations. For Pilates, we offer Hot Mat Pilates, group Reformer Pilates, and small-group Studio Pilates using the full range of classical equipment including the Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Barrel.

No need! We provide complimentary mats, blocks, bolsters and straps for every class. All you need to bring is a water bottle (we’re a glass-free studio), comfortable clothing and a willingness to sweat. Towel hire is available for $2, or you’re welcome to bring your own. Water and coconut water are also available for purchase at the studio.

We do not permit prenatal clients to practise in the hot room. However, we take real pride in our prenatal program, which supports women through a wide range of Pilates and yoga classes throughout the schedule in our non-heated studios. Your first step is to get clearance from your doctor, and from there our team can guide you to the right classes for your stage.
