We recommend booking classes in advance to secure your place and also as a personal accountability and planning tool.

BOOKING POLICIES

Bookings open 14 days in advance for all classes, and can be made via the website, the One Hot App (Apple) or One Hot App (Android)

DAILY BOOKING LIMIT

Daily bookings are currently capped at 2 per member. This is a booking cap only; members may attend more than 2 classes per day if there is availability at the commencement of class.

LATE CANCEL & NO SHOW FEES

Class bookings can be freely cancelled prior to the following times:

Mat & Reformer Classes → up to 4 hours before class start time

Studio Pilates Small Group Classes → up to 12 hours before class start time

A late cancel occurs when you cancel your booking after these cut-off times:

Within 4 hours for Mat & Reformer classes

Within 12 hours for Studio Pilates Small Group classes

For Mat & Reformer: a late cancel incurs an automatic charge of $7.42.
For Studio Pilates Small Group: a late cancel results in the loss of the class credit (no fee is charged).

A no-show is when you do not attend your class and fail to cancel.
This incurs an automatic charge of $15.56 as well as the loss of the class credit.

We understand that unavoidable and exceptional circumstances can occur. Fees may be waived in these cases upon request and at our discretion.

WAITLISTS

If a class is fully booked you have the option to join the waitlist.

From the waitlist you can be added into a class at anytime of day, up to 60 minutes before class start. 

When joining a waitlist, you are consenting to joining a class. Please be mindful that waitlist can move very quickly – especially overnight! For this reason, we always recommend treating a waitlist like a regular booking. 

If you no longer wish to attend a class, please cancel yourself from the waitlist. All no-show and late-cancel fees still apply for waitlist bookings. 

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND opting in to notifications to avoid unwanted bookings and subsequent late cancel or no show fees.

EMAILS AND NOTIFICATIONS

Our system supports you in managing your bookings! You will receive emails of your schedule as well as the opportunity to manage last minute waitlist additions.
