At One, we’re built on details and personality: we know each student by name, and we bring that same attention to our hot yoga teacher training. The course takes you from practitioner to instructor, with the specifics you need to step into a real studio class. OUR HOT YOGA TEACHER TRAINING FACULTY

All of One’s Hot Yoga Teacher Training courses are overseen by Yoga Program Director Kaitlin Peters. Kaitlin integrates alignment and modern science with the depth of yoga philosophy and its texts, bringing rigour and precision to every part of the curriculum.

One’s anatomy curriculum is designed and delivered by Kirby Cameron, a senior Pilates teacher and One’s consultant physiotherapist. Kirby teaches anatomy in an approachable, applicable way, grounded in what you’ll actually need in a studio class.

Kaitlin and Kirby are supported by One’s local teaching team, each an experienced yoga teacher with a background across multiple movement modalities.

Faculty provide personalised feedback and support throughout the training via online community spaces and direct contact.

REAL VOICES – PERSONAL GROWTH FROM THE MAT

KATE, 2024 GRADUATE

“Yoga is such a rich practice and philosophy, it seems hard to encompass it into a 200-hour training – but One & Kaitlin do this in a way that’s accessible and manageable, and yet you feel every limb of yoga (and more!) is touched without racing through anything or feeling shortchanged. From philosophy to anatomy, movement labs breaking down individual asana, pranayama, mantras, assists and ethical practice, we explored what felt like every facet of yoga.”

MAYA, 2025 GRADUATE

“I loved my yoga teacher training at One. The faculty were experienced, generous with their knowledge, and created a supportive environment. The hybrid format was great for balancing training with full-time work. I really valued the mix of at home online content and in-person days, and will treasure the friendships formed with other students. The course gave me the tools, confidence, and plenty of teaching practice to start my teaching journey. More than just a qualification, it helped me at a time when I felt stuck in my routine, and was truly a transformative experience.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Not at all. Most of our students start with zero teaching experience. We’ll teach you how to teach yoga, not just do it. You’ll graduate with the confidence to lead real classes – yes, even on day one. We start with the basics, build solid foundations, and layer on the magic from there.

Absolutely. Whether you dream of leading private classes or opening your own studio, this course gets you there. We’ll teach you how to build your own practice on and off the mat. From class sequencing to business and ethics in the yoga industry, you’ll learn what it really takes.

Yes, you’ll get more than just anatomy and yoga philosophy. You’ll get practical tools to grow your teaching, communication, and business skills. We go beyond asana and into the heart of professional development. Because being a great teacher means more than knowing yoga postures.

Practicing yoga is personal. Teaching yoga is service. In your own practice, you listen to your body. As a teacher, you learn to read the room, guide others, and hold space. It’s not about being the bendiest in the class. It’s about making yoga accessible to everyone else. That shift is where the real training happens.

Yes. In fact, you’ll be ready to teach public and private classes. We’ll show you how to tailor your teaching for individual bodies, goals, and needs. You’ll learn the difference between guiding a full studio and a one-on-one session. That’s part of what makes our graduates stand out.
