Our 4 studios form a village in a back street near the intersection of Toorak Road and Chapel Street. Each studio uses a different material and colour palette to calm or uplift. There is street parking and a large carpark under the Vogue building, or a short walk from South Yarra train station.

FAQS

Most classes are designed to be accessible to all levels. If you’d like a slower introduction, our Essentials Yoga and Essential Reformer Pilates classes are the perfect starting point.

Take each class at your own pace – you can rest at any time. Our teachers are there to guide and support you throughout.

The more you come, the more you’ll feel the difference.

Check in and studio access opens 15 minutes before each class. All classes start on time and doors are locked at the start – please plan to arrive a little early.

Mats and props are provided. Bring your own towel or hire one at the studio for $2.

Wear comfortable clothes you’d move or exercise in. For Pilates, grip socks are recommended.

Hot yoga? Be prepared to sweat.

Street parking on River Street and surrounding streets is available, though it can get busy. Free street parking is available before 8am.

For longer stays, the shopping centre at 670 Chapel Street offers validated parking under 2 hours with any purchase from Woolworths or Big W.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early – all classes start on time and doors lock at the start.

We have water fountains on site – please bring a reusable bottle. For safety, no glass bottles in the studio.

Water and coconut water are also available to purchase for $4.

Showers and change facilities on site, stocked with our custom shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Hair dryers provided.

Please check with your doctor before attending the studio. Pre-natal clients are not permitted in the hot room.

We do have a dedicated prenatal program You, Plus One.

It begins with a private consultation with one of our prenatal-trained Pilates instructors. Your instructor builds a movement program specific to your stage of pregnancy, your body and your history – it lives on your profile and travels with you into every class from that point.

From there, attend our small group Studio Pilates sessions whenever suits you. No fixed appointment. No locked-in schedule. Whoever teaches that day already knows your program.

Our prenatal program was developed with Kirby Cameron, Physiotherapist and Senior Pilates Educator, in line with current Australian sports medicine guidelines.

Cancel at least 4 hours before class to avoid a late cancellation fee. For small group Studio Pilates, the window is 24 hours.

Late cancellation: $7. No show: $15.

Waitlists are worth using – there’s often a good chance of getting in. Note that you can be added up to 30 minutes before class, and penalty fees still apply if you cancel within the window.
