FRIDAY FLOWS

Held on the last Friday evening every month, Friday Flows are designed to unlock a deeper state of movement and presence in your practice. Check the full Studio Pilates class schedule to join a session.

Unlike general classes, which balance technical cueing and a full-body practice, Friday Flows are all about seamless, uninterrupted movement. This class allows you to drop into a rhythmic, immersive flow.

MASTERCLASSES

Workshops blend education, technique, and application, allowing for hands-on practice, discussion, and refinement. Whether deepening your understanding or refining your approach, workshops offer a focused space for personal growth and technical mastery.
