Our Pilates Program Director Tahlia Grogan oversees all Pilates Instructor Training Courses at One. With 12 years and over 13,000 hours teaching experience, Tahlia is a rare talent and an industry leader. She believes a strong understanding of Pilates repertoire integrated with modern science is key to becoming a confident and creative teacher.
Kirby Cameron is both a Senior Pilates Teacher and a Physiotherapist. With 10 years teaching experience and many additional qualifications, Kirby has encyclopaedic movement knowledge. She has designed our anatomy course from the latest research, and excels in making anatomy both relevant and accessible to students.
Many describe the training as “life changing”. We have students who are planning to teach and others who are taking the opportunity to learn more about Pilates for their own interest. All leave the training grateful for the experience and stronger inside and out.
