To liberate the potential of your mind, body and soul, you must first expand your imagination. You see, things are always created twice: first in the workshop of the mind and then, and only then, in reality. I call this process ‘blueprinting’ because anything you create in your outer world began as a simple blueprint in your inner world. — Robin Sharma

While all of our physical practices will naturally grow as we go to class more, what we hope to open the most is the mind. Think of where you are now. Do you remember when you would imagine about something that you now can do or have? Our minds have the power of taking our dreams and imaginations to reality.

Expansion also requires time and life experience. You just can’t compare the wisdom of a 30 year old to a 40 year old or a 50 year old or 90 year old. Time is a key ingredient in expansion. Something that we cannot change. So take action and keep putting yourself in new situations, challenging yourself, but also be patient and enjoy where you are right now. Notice the expansion that’s already taken place and let that inspire you to keep going.
