We are forced to make sacrifices. Either we make them now or we ultimately sacrifice our end goal down the road. We have all felt this sacrifice to be far greater and more painful.
This is the perfect preparation as we lead up to our March 2017 30 Day Challenge: 30 Classes, 30 Days. Some of you have asked if you can do doubles..why yes. BUT, the goal of the Challenge is to cultivate a DAILY practice. How does your life change when you prioritise your practice. You will make short term sacrifices: work drinks, money for a babysitter, Netflix binging…But ultimately you work towards a healthier and happier you.
Somedays, you will sacrifice your 60 min physical practice because something else is actually more important. That’s okay. We want yoga to be apart of your life on and off the mat and that means integrating these concepts and practices into each moment, and all of the decisions that you make.
