YOUR CHALLENGE, YOUR GOALS

The rules are simple:

  1. Set your personal goal for how many classes you’ll complete between 1–25 December.
  2. Commit to achieving your goal—your choice of classes counts: Slow Hot Flow, Power Flow, Yin, Hot Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, or Studio Pilates.

To make the experience even more special, you’ll unlock a daily online practice, reflection, or self-care activity—your advent calendar for mind and body. Complete all experiences to maximize the magic of this journey!

DAILY PRACTICE, LASTING JOY

The true reward of this challenge is the time you dedicate to yourself. By showing up consistently, you’ll finish the season feeling stronger, more centered, and deeply connected to your goals.

Before the final close, join us for a special Summer Solstice practice on Saturday the 21st of December at 4pm to honour your dedication, the connections and learnings you’ve built.

On Day 1 of the challenge, you will be prompted to set your goals. Between now and then, you might find it helpful to think about what is realistic for you to achieve at this time of year. 

You will need to hit your goal by the end of December 25. 

Yes! We are open 365 days a year. 

Yes, just two simple rules: 

  1. Set your class goal and work toward achieving it. 
  2. Complete the daily online experiences for the full advent calendar journey. 

The challenge is about progress, not perfection. Even if you don’t hit your goal, you will still enjoy the benefits of consistent practice and daily mindfulness.
