It may feel all kind of ways to be back to face to face interaction, but the only way is through. And sometimes we need a little icebreaker to get comfortable in a new social situation. So we challenge you to 8 classes in 16 days (a class every second day to ease back in). 16 days starts from your first class. Valid Sydney and Melbourne studios.

Please note that due to capacity restrictions in both states, your first choice of class may be booked out. The challenge is to attend any modality, either mat or reformer, to get you moving.
