Melbourne Facilitating Team

Annabel Saies is our Yoga Program Manager and Lead Facilitator for One Teacher Training Programs in Melbourne. She has been a part of the core teaching team at One since it opened up in Sydney over 3 years ago. Her deep passion for yoga and for building community is something that shows in her teaching and her overall energy. Annabel’s understanding and enthusiasm of One’s signature style Slow Hot Flow will support all students across the training to leave feeling empowered to teach a strong practice whilst integrating their true nature.

Kristian Crowe is a Senior Teacher at One and has taught across both the Sydney and Melbourne studios. Kristian has been a facilitator in the Sydney 200hr training and has over 600hrs of Yoga Teacher Training accreditation.

Hailey is a Senior Teacher at One with 700 hours of Yoga Teacher Training accreditation. Since 2016 Hailey has been an integral part of many students yoga journey at One and continues to inspire her students. Hailey’s why is to empower students to take their practice beyond the yoga studio, off the mat, and integrate this knowledge into their lives.

In addition to our core facilitators, a variety of subjects will be led by guest teachers from our favourite One teachers in Melbourne and Sydney: Stay tuned for your Melbourne training team.

Sydney Facilitating Team

Janet Yockers is our Yoga Program Manager and Lead Facilitator for One Teacher Training Programs. She has managed and taught across both Melbourne and Sydney studios for three years. As a developer of One’s Slow Hot Flow, she believes in a complete practice, informed alignment, and relatable wisdom that inspires. Janet gives new teachers the skills to be successful and empowers them to find their individual teaching style.

Amy Baxter is a Senior Teacher at One and has been with our Sydney Studio for two years. Her alignment knowledge, poise and love for yoga is undeniable. Her teaching is rooted in yogic tradition and intelligent sequencing.

In addition to our core facilitators, a variety of subjects will be led by guest teachers and your favourite One teachers: Annabel Saies, Lara Blackman, Tahlia Wares and Kristian Crowe.
