Our Facilitating Team

Our inspiring team of teachers are are knowledgeable, passionate and inclusive. Combined, they have over 2000 hrs of Training Accreditation and 8,000hrs of teaching experience.

Janet Yockers and Annabel Saies manage our Yoga Teacher Training Programs in Sydney and Melbourne respectively. These core teachers have been with One for nearly 4 years and their deep love for yoga shines in their teaching. They are passionate about building community and supporting students in the never ending process of learning and self-inquiry that yoga instigates. As experts in their field, they are passionate about integrating alignment and modern science with the ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy.

In Sydney, you will be specifically led by Senior Teachers Janet Yockers, Amy Baxter, Lara Blackman and Kirby Cameron. In Melbourne, your team is led by Annabel Saies, Kristian Crowe, Hailey Tzounos, and Tahlia Wares. All of these teachers have been an integral part of many students journeys across both Sydney and Melbourne studios. These Senior Teachers are a wealth of knowledge and empower students to take their practice beyond the yoga studio, off the mat, and integrate yogic knowledge into their lives. The course will also include a few offsite experiences to explore different styles of yoga and to create a comprehensive program.
