Designed by Rob Mills Architects and Interiors, One is an international award winning Yoga and Pilates studio with locations in Potts Point, Sydney and South Yarra, Melbourne.
There is an attention to detail and consideration of how space effects our psyche in all RMA design, and we would love to extend the opportunity to you to dwell in one of these spaces to experience the effect of truly wellness driven design.
The foundation of the design is durable materials, that embody the principles of stability, serenity and timelessness. The palette of natural colours, linens and leather allow the mind to settle. The uninterrupted lines of the space and the perfectly proportioned volumes create harmony. The heat for our signature Hot Yoga class is created via an energy efficient hydraulic system, which adds water and air to the room to create a hydrating, fresh, velvety heat that energises your practice. Every detail forms part of the carefully considered whole, so that when we inhabit the space, we can relax – not in a fluffy, whale sounds and patchouli oil sense, but in the profound way we relax when a space speaks to the potential of life to be sacred.

If you are yet to experience One, we invite you to participate in a Yoga or Reformer Pilates class. Please “purchase” your complimentary class at the bottom of the page.
With over 300 classes per week, there is bound to be time that suits you. We have many different styles, and while most classes are suitable for all levels, we do request that as a first time visitor to our studio you avoid our advanced classes “Dynamic Reformer” and “Powerflow Level 2”. We have created a guide of suggested classes below.
Please arrived at least 10 minutes early as there is no late admittance. As Yoga and Pilates are barefoot practices, glass is not allowed in the studio. Class must be taken before 1st February 2018.MORE ABOUT OUR CLASSES
NEW TO YOGA? TRY SATURDAY 10.30 BEGINNERS SLOW HOT FLOW
This is our signature hot yoga class at 37 degrees, with a focus on those new to yoga. Beginners are welcome at all our classes, however sometimes it is helpful to have a little more explanation and guidance. This class occurs every week and is the perfect place to start for those curious about hot yoga.SEE SOUTH YARRA SCHEDULE
NEW TO REFORMER PILATES? TRY A "BASICS" CLASS
The universal reformer is one of the most extraordinary pieces of equipment ever invented for the advancement of humanity! Using a spring resistance system, Joseph Pilates created a system of body-mind conditioning that delivers results in “integration” like nothing else. Literally, build strength from the inside out, crafting a cinched waist and an irresistible feeling of emotional and mental strength. You will love it. But start slow.SEE POTTS POINT SCHEDULE
On the first Friday of every month we hold a 90 minute class at 6.30pm. The class changes every month to express the monthly theme and to offer even greater diversity to our schedule. Always creative, challenging and fun, we often partner with a local business to provide complimentary treats after your sweat sesh.
ONE HOT STILL: MUSIC, MOVEMENT AND MEDITATION
On the third Friday of every month we host a 90 minute Moving into Stillness class, with a sweet slow flow melting into guided meditation, and yoga nidra (deep relaxation). It is the friendliest, easiest introduction to meditation you can have! All welcome.
MINDFUL MOVEMENT FOR A MEANINGFUL LIFE
All bookings are via the schedule or you can download our free app. If your plans change and you are no longer able to make the class you have booked, please cancel via the website or app so that we may make your place available to another student. We are passionate about the Meaningful Movement systems of Yoga and Pilates, and our manifesto is to make these teachings available to as many people as possible.
