STUDIO PILATES

ALL THE EQUIPMENT + ALL THE ATTENTION

CREATE A NEW NORMAL THAT ELEVATES WITH PRIVATE CONSULTATION + SMALL GROUP PILATES

Life is made up of our everyday routine – every choice you make is a vote for the sort of person you would like to be. It is what you do regularly that builds your body, mind and ultimately, your life. One exists to help you elevate the everyday, to move from a routine to a ritual that connects you what is most essential and meaningful within yourself.

STEP 1. BOOK YOUR PRIVATE CONSULTATION

During an initial 1:1 session we discuss your specific goals or concerns as well as any injury or illnesses you may be working with. We then create a personalised movement program that address your individual needs and preferences. This approach allows us to tailor each program perfectly to YOU, allowing you to learn the subtleties of this unique method which make it not just body changing, but mind blowing and life optimising.

STEP 2. BOOK YOUR CLASSES

Bookings are recommended, however drop ins can often be accommodated. Once you have purchased your New to One pass, you can book classes via the timetable or download our free app for super easy schedule management. Please note our Bookings Policy for all classes is a 4 hour cancellation window. Bookings can be made and cancelled via the App or Schedule on the website. Please note: bookings and cancellations are not accepted via phone, email or social media, though we would love to chat to you to find your perfect first class.

STEP 3. COME TO THE STUDIO

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class so we can show you to the change room, make sure you have a mat, towel and water (you can bring your own or these are available to hire and buy at the studio) and you can meet your teacher and let them know if you have any injuries or health issues that will effect your practice. Wear clothes in which you can move and sweat.

STEP 4. ENJOY YOUR CLASS

Whether you are new to Yoga and Pilates, or a seasoned practitioner, you are entering a new space. Have a beginner’s mind. Listen to your teacher and follow their instructions. If you do not understand, or something doesn’t feel right, let your teacher know.

DO: stay in the room, rest if necessary, let your teacher know if you have an injury, illness or are pregnant.

DON’T: talk in the studio room, bring mobile phones or glass into the studio, be late, leave early unless it is an emergency.

STEP 5. ENJOY THE STUDIO

We have beautifully designed change rooms with hair dryers and straighteners. Our showers are stocked with Body and Hair care products that have been designed especially for us along Ayurvedic principles to balance the exertion of practice. Use our complimentary lockers to keep your belongings secure. Relax before and after class in our reception areas. One has been designed to be your lounge room. Make yourself comfortable!

STEP 6. ASK QUESTIONS, GIVE FEEDBACK!

Our One Hot Teachers love to chat after class, to answer any questions or just hear about your experience.

FROM ROUTINE TO RITUAL

‘Rituals are those repeated actions done again and again in the interest of things like focus, grounding, tradition, cultural symbolism, predictable life rhythms, and feeling a part of something.’

Please note our Class Cancellation policy – you can cancel out of class up to two hours prior in order to avoid a $15 penalty fee. Cancelling within two hours will incur a $15 charge. Not showing up to class will incur a $30 charge.
We encourage you to use the waitlists, there is often a chance of getting into classes by using these. If doing so, please be aware that you can be added into a class up to 30 minutes before hand. If you do get added and then cancel within two hours, there is a late cancellation fee as that spot was given to you rather than someone else. Therefore, we advise to only go onto waitlists that you know you can and will attend, should you get added in at any point. If you have a casual pass or class pack, the class will be forfeited if late cancelled/no show.
