The 21 days begins from your first class. 
Available to new clients only. One per client. May not be shared.
The 10 Group Reformer Classes must be taken within the pass expiry, which is 21 days after your first class.
No refunds, transfers or extensions.

STEP 2. BOOK YOUR CLASSES

While bookings are not essential for mat classes, they are highly recommended for Apparatus (Reformer) Classes. Once you have purchased your 21 Day Pass, you can book classes via the schedule or download our free app for super easy schedule management.

If you are unable to attend a booked class, please cancel using the app or website so that you are not taking a place that could be made available to others. Keep our community caring!

STEP 3. COME TO THE STUDIO

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class so we can show you around. Bring a towel and water (you can bring your own or these are available to hire and buy at the studio) and let your teacher know if you have any injuries or health issues that will effect your practice. Wear clothes you can move and sweat in. Mats are provided and are complimentary. All other equipment is provided.

STEP 4. ENJOY YOUR CLASS

Whether you are new to Yoga and Pilates, or a regular practitioner, you are entering a new space. Have a beginner’s mind. Listen to your teacher and follow their instructions. If you do not understand, or something doesn’t feel right, let your teacher know.

DO: stay in the room, rest if necessary, let your teacher know if you have an injury, illness or are pregnant.

DON’T: talk in the studio room, bring mobile phones or glass into the studio, be late, leave early unless it is an emergency.

Remember that it takes a while to get used to a new exercise or teacher, so be patient.

STEP 5. ENJOY THE STUDIO

We have beautifully designed change rooms with hair dryers and straighteners. Our showers have Body wash and Hair care products that have been designed especially for us to balance the exertion of practice and fill the space with refreshing scent. Use our complimentary lockers to keep your belongings secure. Relax before and after class in our reception areas. One has been designed to be your lounge room. Make yourself comfortable! One has a friendly, welcoming community of interesting people, and we have been the setting for a few new romances …

HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR 21 DAY PASS

Beginners Yoga and Reformer Pilates “Basic” classes are the best place to start.

Try as many different teachers as you can. Your relationship with your teacher is instrumental to how much you will get out of a class. You may find you enjoy a style of class you hadn’t expected to, because you resonate with that teacher’s delivery.

Try as many different classes as you can. We only program classes that we consider the gold standard of Meaningful Movement, and they all work together to create an exceptional experience unlike anything else in the world.

Set yourself a 21 Day Challenge – do a class every day! If your body is sore from your previous class, try a different style as it will work different muscles. Alternating Hot Yoga and Reformer is an amazing way to build strength, sculpt a long lean physique and create freedom of movement and mind.

NEED TO KNOW

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?

    – Drink some water before class
    – Come on a light stomach
    – Wear clothes you can sweat and move in comfortably
    – All equipment is provided
    – Towels are available to hire
    – Water is available to purchase
    – We provide custom shampoo, conditioner and body wash in our showers, as well as our hair dryers and straightening irons.

  • CAN EVERYONE DO HOT YOGA?

    Most people can do hot yoga, but remember it is vigorous exercise in a room heated to 37˚C at about 50% humidity.

    We strongly advise against hot yoga if you are:

    – Pregnant
    – Under 16 years old
    – Have a history of heart condition or stroke
    – Have a serious cardio-vascular condition including hypertension, hypotension or heart failure
    – Are currently using diuretics, barbiturates or beta-blockers

    Speak to your health care provider if you have not participated in any exercise for more than 6 months. If unsure, book a private class with one of our experienced teachers to learn how to practice safely with your condition.

  • WHICH REFORMER PILATES CLASS SHOULD I DO?

    The “reformer” is a spring loaded apparatus with a moving platform, and if not used correctly it can be dangerous.

    Start with a “Beginner” level class, and when you feel ready, ask your teacher if they think you have mastered the basics and can move into an “Open” level class.

    Even if you are familiar with Pilates or other exercise, do not take a “Dynamic” or “Jumpboard” class until your teacher has said it is OK. It is important that you are working with correct muscle activation and alignment to get the most out of your classes.

  • WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?

    – Arrive at least ten minutes before class (there is no late admittance)
    – Check-in at reception for all classes and let your teacher know if you have any injuries or conditions that will effect your participation in class
    – Observe silence in the yoga or pilates room
    – No personal belongings in the yoga room other than water and a towel
    – No phones in the yoga room (heat and humidity are not technology’s friend)
    – There are lockers in the change rooms for valuables or at reception for larger items
    – No glass water bottles please! They break!
    – Listen to your teacher’s instructions
    – You may rest at any time, but commit to staying in the room for the whole class
    – Wipe down your mat and the surrounding space before you leave the studio
    – Allow yourself at least five classes to get used to the temperature and become familiar with the movements

  • DOES MY 21 DAYS START ON THE DAY I BUY IT?

    No, it begins from the first class you book or attend. Please note our Class Cancellation policy – you can change class bookings for mat up to 2 hours before class start, or 4 hours for reformer. So if you book a class, and then don’t show up, your Pass will begin from that class.
